Welcome to All Children Will Learn

Is your child receiving the appropriate instruction and support services to meet his or her special needs?

To answer this question with confidence can be difficult and stressful for parents who are not trained professionals. You are however, an important member of the team that is responsible for providing your child with a “free and appropriate education” (FAPE). No one knows more about your child than you do.

As a special education consultant and advocate, Sandra Halton Stegmayer is prepared to assist you as you collaborate with your Child’s school system in the development and implementation of a program that will enable him or her to succeed in school and life.

As a result of her personal and professional experiences, Sandy strongly believes an appropriate education is essential for a child to grow and develop into a happy, productive, and independent adult.

Testimonials

“Sandy is an extremely knowledgeable advocate. She has provided suggestions for technological accommodations for my dyslexic child that have helped him tremendously. Our child thrived in middle school thanks to Sandy’s support.”.

As parents we were at the end of our rope. Even with an extensive IEP we felt our daughter was not receiving the quality education she deserved.

After repeated attempts to try to resolve the issue, with the school directly, we decided contacting an attorney was our only option. Fortunately, the one we spoke to worked with Sandy Stegmayer and thought she might be our answer. We immediately contacted her and she went right to work.

After reviewing all the documents (diagnosis, IEP, and school reports) she made a recommendation on how we should proceed. Having someone who saw what we saw was a moment I’ll never forget. Feeling your child is not where the school says they are academically is a parent’s worst nightmare.

Having Sandy on board was our ray of hope. She attended school meetings with us, was available to talk about any new goals written in the IEP, or just answer questions we had about what the reports said. She was with us every step of the way.

Sandy’s commitment to helping each and every child have the best chance academically is not something you’ll easily find. If you have the chance to work with her, take it. I know using her knowledge and expertise gave my daughter the best chance for a bright future.

Sandy is an advocate extraordinaire. Not only does she have an extensive special education background, advocacy is something near and dear to her heart. The combination of these skills lends itself to Sandy being a very capable and compassionate advocate in the educational setting. Sandy’s keys to her success are her attention to detail and her knowledge of special education needs which is paralleled by her ability to balance the needs of both students and educators.
